We aim to keep product descriptions, technical data, images, and availability accurate. However, the Site is provided for general information and illustration. Colors, finishes, and batch variation may differ from images on screen. Stock, lead times, specifications, and prices may change without notice on the Site. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell. A binding supply arrangement exists only when we confirm it in writing (or as otherwise agreed between you and us).

Features such as the inquiry cart, quote requests, and contact forms help you express interest in our products. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability, pricing, or acceptance. We may decline or qualify any request. Commercial terms (including payment, delivery, title, risk, and warranties) for actual supply are set out in our order confirmations, invoices, or separate agreements—not solely on this Site.

You agree to defend and indemnify us against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these terms, or violation of applicable law, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the courts of the UAE shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the Site, subject to any mandatory provisions of applicable law that cannot be waived.

13. General

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
